Training
Become a Primary Care Advisor
We encourage all members to attend and successfully complete our "Certified Financial Leadership Advisor" (CFLA) professional designation program within the first 6 months of being an IFLA-Pro member. Holding the CFLA designation qualifies you to be listed as a PCA (Primary Care Advisor).
All IFLA-Pro members receive a basic listing in our directory, but the PCAs (Primary Care Advisors) are spotlighted for the ease of the public. (2013 Directory will be published in January, and updated monthly)
Being a "CFLA" will greatly enhance your capabilities and opportunities thereby dramatically multiplying your earning potential. The typical CFLA earns an average of 70% more per year than the average life insurance agent. Our approved Ambassadors income is more than 100% more than the average life insurance agent.
After you become a PCA, you may decide you want to be listed as a "specialist" in our directory in one or more fields of the financial industry. We have various specialist certification programs for you to choose from. A listing of specialties will be available in February 2013 for your convenience.
We entrust our training to the professionals at the Insurance Pro Shop. All programs and certification classes are coordinated by Lew Nason and the team at IPS. Professor Ballance personally teaches as many classes as possible, but his main focus these days is to educate the public, and connect them with the professionals trained through our certification programs.

Who do I contact to sign up for the CFLA designation?
What is the length of the course and the cost?
Thanks,
Gene H Langenberg
